Well, best songs with a Theremin is too obvious. Best Songs besides Good Vibrations with a Theremin would be more of a challenge, but still...
So how about: Best use of non-traditional instruments that don't include Good Vibrations.

As to the theremin, McKendree Spring put the instrument to good use on "God Bless the Conspiracy" back in the early 70s. Real space music.
