When Dylan had his radio show, he played the band's "Bottle and a Bible" on the show, but only after giving the song a lengthy introduction. The 'Hoos posted audio of Dylan introducing the song on their website and I'd be willing to bet that they're still jacked over that one. I know that they were blown away and that Bob couldn't have been cooler about the whole thing.Blue Ash Fannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8921382.post-86388725759694602082010-02-09T17:12:49.444-05:002010-02-09T17:12:49.444-05:00Brother -- that's an, er, interesting website ...Brother -- that's an, er, interesting website you've got there.steve simelshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13247393763004076992noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8921382.post-28016922872950638862010-02-09T16:55:03.115-05:002010-02-09T16:55:03.115-05:00That IS a great story. I heard Dave tell it on VH1 Storytellers too I think. (I've got the link on my website). I found this doing a search for Dave Grohl for fodder for my own website. One of the reasons so many potentially prickly musicians love working with Bob, he's got such a great ear and such a good heart for music wherever it comes from.Who Am Us Anyway?https://www.blogger.com/profile/08260586634760800759noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8921382.post-11966320953299167422010-02-09T13:12:46.156-05:002010-02-09T13:12:46.156-05:00Okay, since I'm woman enough to admit I watche...Okay, since I'm woman enough to admit I watched "Rock Star: INXS", here's another take on "Everlong".Wendyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18282613112168154071noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8921382.post-79272682845945205112010-02-09T13:11:02.718-05:002010-02-09T13:11:02.718-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.Wendyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18282613112168154071noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8921382.post-18589668716091710222010-02-09T09:36:37.537-05:002010-02-09T09:36:37.537-05:00Back in '07 Dylan was playing in Detroit when ...Back in '07 Dylan was playing in Detroit when he had Jack White join him for an encore.
