First season started promisingly but devolved quickly; 2nd worse. Third had its moments but we felt it ended very badly. Haven't worked up the gumption to hit Netflix yet...

But what really chaps my ass about "The Killing" is that AMC canceled a truly marvelous show, "Rubicon", to pursue "The Killing". You should definitely check out the single season on "Rubicon"; a taut, suspenseful thriller in the vein of those classic '70s paranoid movies like "The Parallax View" or "The Conversation". cthulhunoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8921382.post-83082193007082959322014-11-25T13:52:08.761-05:002014-11-25T13:52:08.761-05:00Seasons three and four are much, much better.Seasons three and four are much, much better.steve simelshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13247393763004076992noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8921382.post-23583526116433697792014-11-25T13:45:44.810-05:002014-11-25T13:45:44.810-05:00I watched two seasons on Netflix, and found them f...I watched two seasons on Netflix, and found them fascinating, but ultimately the conclusions were so implausible they wrecked the series for me.buzzbabyjesushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09375127662096374324noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8921382.post-32069692970998238042014-11-25T13:44:47.787-05:002014-11-25T13:44:47.787-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.buzzbabyjesushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09375127662096374324noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8921382.post-40413766480442698332014-11-25T12:33:29.254-05:002014-11-25T12:33:29.254-05:00Heh.

I did a little research and here's the exact info: she was in an episode of LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT entitled "ICARUS" and it originally aired on June 19, 2011. (Thank you, IMDB.) In it, she played a professor. I think the episode would be from the last season the show ran.
2) Re: Patti's role in THE KILLING- If she gave you a medicated lotion, would it soothe your emotion?

J.
