Play That Funky Music, White Boy
From last year's Cambridge Folk Festival, here's The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain and the theme from Shaft.
Best ukelele orchestra I've ever heard--and I doubt any others can over Lou Reed, Neil Diamond, David Bowie, and the Undertones with the panache these guys can.
Anonymous said... I'm sure they were inspired by the Velvet Underground. :)
One of them, anyway:). Plus, the definitive version of "You Don't Bring Me Flowers"--finds meaning in the song never conveyed by Neil, or Barbra, or even Neil and Barbra:).
Bad muthas.
