Actually, 37,000 copies put you at #10 (the new Van Morrison album). I don't have the exact number for the Stones but it's obviously less....

ReplyDeleteThis might be the most under promoted album release in the Stones' history. Totally released under the radar. It surprised me it sold as well as it has.

Actually, there are some really cool songs on it they've rarely if ever played live before.
ReplyDeleteFricking "Connection," for one -- anytime they do a song from "Between the Buttons" I'm down for it.
Also "As Tears Go By," and "Lovin' Cup."
I have no idea if they're any good or not, of course. I'll let you know after I see the film...
