please enjoy nice Jewish boy Tom Lehrer and his classic seasonal ode to "Hanukkah in Santa Monica."
And, as far as winters go around here, I agree with Tom wholeheartedly.
When I was in the 4th grade, my grandmother got one of Lehrer's albums. She bought it because of a song titled "New Math" as she was a 4th grade teacher at the time. This was when the new math came out and she was none too pleased with it.
I remember the chorus went "it's so simple, so very simple, that only a child can do it"...
