To paraphrase Jack Nicholson's famous remark about Bob Dylan -- this guy was a riot.

    Snider was a wonderful songwriter. Social commentary, humor, heartfelt character pieces. Quite the range. One of my favorite lines from his debut "A woman like you walks in a place like this, you can almost hear the promises break" https://kleaveburg.blogspot.com/search/label/Todd%20Snider

    Just yesterday I was watching his Farm Aid, Christian Conservative...
    performance for @ the 20th time.
    He came to my attention maybe 15 years ago as he had caught the attention of Don Imus on WNBC.
