I mean, is this real? Or is it some bizarre, psychotic manufactured-by-management unholy schtup between/commercial mashup of The Beatles and One Direction?
Perhaps you can make the call after checking out these kids' official website OVER HERE.

They're good, maybe very good. Worth keeping an eye & ear on.

ReplyDeleteGood song if you keep your eyes closed.
ReplyDeleteI think that's it, actually.
DeleteA couple weeks ago, a song stylized to be 1964 Brit Invasion by a band called the Starliners popped up. It was pretty great, so I went looking for album info in all the usual places. Only generic stuff was to be found, so f*** em.
ReplyDeleteI agree it's better without the video. I like it, sounds like the Spongetones. Singer sounds like Mike Viola. We'll see if this is what the rest of their stuff sounds like.
ReplyDeleteVery much like. No names or backstory info on the website. Hate to be the oldster curmudgeon, but is this real? Possibly fake? The live crowds 'look' real....but......................
ReplyDeleteIt looks bogus to me, but who knows?
DeleteWhat I would say to them: "Hey guys, I like that thing you do!"...fully ironically.
