An Early Clue to the New Direction

  1. Wimpy overtures by hard rock bands.

"Feel Like Makin' Love"? Is that what happens on tour? You "make love" with groupies?

No. First you catch a marlin. And so on.

  2. Debatable uses of the word "Bad" meaning "Good"?

  3. Songs you shouldn't play at Prom?

(Seriously, the band played this at my Senior Prom. Sure, it's a fine song and all, but... at the Prom? Talk about catapulting the hormones!)

  4. What are bands fronted by the chest-hairiest lead singers?

Seriously though, I'd guess; singers that had hit singles with at least two different bands and/or solo careers.

    Paul Rodgers...Free/Bad Company/Queen
    Rod Stewart...The Faces/Jeff Beck/The Kinks.

  5. Cleveland beat me to it!

I will persevere. Vastly dissimilar songs that have the same title?

Great rock n roll singers? Paul Rodgers was one of the very best!

  7. Let me modify Tmink's offering. Biggest discrepancy in quality between songs with the same title.
