God, that riff. God, those harmonies. And oh my god -- those drum fills.
I have wanted to do a cover of that song since the first minute I heard it on WMCA-AM on the car radio in my Buick Skylark. Hopefully, I'll have the opportunity to do it some day before I shuffle off this mortal coil.

Good band. I liked "Live for Today" from about the same time. The Grass Roots used to get a lot of grief for whatever reason, but I always liked them. Their later hits were real popular at junior high and high school dances.
I hadn't heard this before - good record. Is it true that the first Grassroots album was a studio project that became so popular they had to hire a band? I always liked PF Sloan, just not EOD.
