It'll undoubtedly be met with derision, but I maintain that "We're Not Gonna Take It" is a perfect pop song, like The Spinners' "I'll Be Around", Glen Campbell's "Wichita Lineman", and The Association's "Never My Love" -- a perfect marriage of voice, sound, arrangement, emotion, lyrics.
