I have to admit that Garrett getting that gig is much cooler than the guy from Orleans getting elected to Congress as an anti-war Dem.

It's my understanding that Garrett will be more the domestic side, that there's another minister who's going to focus on the environmental, especially as it pertains to diplomacy.
Apprently Rudd thinks Peter is a litle too scary for foreign consumption.
