A Rolling Stone Gathers No Whatever: An Occasional Series (Special Ladies Day Edition)

And from that same week (on the Jimmy Fallon show) in 2012 that those Keith Urban and Green Day clips were from, please enjoy the lovely and talented Sheryl Crow and an interestingly sung version of The Rolling Stones' classic "All Down the Line."

Further research has uncovered the fact that Phish also performed on the show that week, but don't worry -- I'm not gonna inflict THAT on you,

Questlove doing the Charlie Watts hi-hat trick, pulling the right hand back to give the backbeat more room. Does he do this often or is it a sneaky little tribute? And in the middle of terrific chart, with a great band pumping away, SC is, well, pretty relaxed - not a word I usually associate with the Rolling Stones. Notice how every time she sings all the steam goes out of the groove?

Why is the video reversed right to left?

Why the black and white?

Is that Chuck Level on keyboards? If not whom may that be?

The performance is not lifeless but neither is it energetic.

I noticed the Charlie hi-hat trick immediately. My guess is it's attention to detail and a tribute.
It does seem to drag whenever she sings.
