From the Me, Myself and Irene soundtrack in 2000, here's the Brian Setzer Orchestra and their smokin' rockabilly-ish cover of the Dan's "Bodhisattva."
BTW, one of these days I'm gonna post something by Setzer's pre-Stray Cats downtown New Wave band the Bloodless Pharaohs. I really like the guy, but that outfit was the biggest steaming pile of crap you've ever heard in your life.

that is great. I wonder how they divvied the songs, cause I'm pretty sure more than one band would have had their eyes on bodhisattva.
Setzer is a hell of a guitar player as is evidenced by this tune. I was never a big fan of the Stray Cats and prefer his covers, like this one.
He nails Bodhisattva.
So if you want to finish out the week with Setzer instead of Walker, how about the Setzer / Beck cover of "Twenty Flight Rock"?
Hello all...no, please remain seated,
Setzer does a mean, gypsy-jazz version of Beethoven's Fur Elise that I really enjoy...
