As promised, courtesy of Captain Al, here's that live version of "More LIke Them" by the irrepressible Lydia Loveless we discussed last week.
As I mentioned the other day, that derives from the vinyl-only soundtrack album for the Who Is Lydia Loveless? documentary film, which behooves beholding, obviously.
And may I just say, and for the record, that I suspect it might be fun to share an adult beverage or two with that young lady.

That sounded great! I saw Lydia Loveless open for the Drive By Truckers (DBT) last year and she put on an excellent performance. I need to check her out. A few months ago, Lilly Hiatt put on a great show opening up for DBT. Hiatt similarly works in the roots rock-country-pop vein and sings heart-felt songs with a heavy dose of irony.
This is great. Would sound great on classic rock radio if they played anything recorded in the last 20 years.
Go on YouTube and find her song LOVERS SPAT. Trust me.
