"Falling in Love."
The studio version.
Yes, as a commenter the other day noted, there's a purity to the busking incarnation of this band that shouldn't be messed with.
But damned, if this isn't the prettiest thing in the fricking world...

Said it before and I'll say it again -- somebody needs to make a movie about these guys. What a story....
I second that!

I mentioned this somewhere else, but if I was producing them?
I would have done it more or less like Fripp did with the Roches. All acoustic, no overdubbing, and the drummer playing those cardboard boxes.
God, what I wouldn't give to have a record by these guys that was made like that...
Three consecutive non-Shoes posts about the same group. That has to be a new record around here.
Are you thinking of managing these guys, Steve? :)
Given my track record, they would have been even LESS successful if I had.
:-)
I dunno Steve, maybe you have seen rock and roll's future . . .

I looked up Robert Melendez on Facebook. Anyway...
I'm all misty. Seriously. That was gorgeous.
Beware - Listen to this song twice and you won't be able to get it out of your head (the live version with the drummer playing on boxes is even better).
How'd my comment get here? I was talking about their song "Crazy Boy"!
Although this one is good too. Again the live version is better.
