Okay, I stumbled across that clip by total accident over at YouTube the other day, and I lack the words to convey just how charming I think it is, the sax player's deficiency in the Clarence Clemons department notwithstanding. (And BTW, he's the drummer's kid. 😎)
In any case, if you were wondering, those guys are a bunch of previously/highly successful actors and comedians who -- in the wake of the COVID epidemic -- got together to play music and found that they had stumbled on to an alternate career.

Unless they are totally making fun of him, a Billy Joel tribute band would force me out of the bar without even getting a drink.
Since it would have to be more dedicated to the music than the performance, a Bob Dylan tribute band seems to have a lot of potential.
I'd love to see an XTC tribute band. Off the top of my head, I'd least like to see a Journey or Rush tribute, and those two are readily available.

Does EXtc count? They play all the time. It's original drummer Terry Chambers and two other guys who I don't know, all with Andy's blessing.

Simon & Garfunkel "sounds of silence", I hate tribute bands, rather crank up real band's albums on a stereo than listen to anyone play. the songs unless they r the recorders or r stars themselves

I’ll take “Velvet Underground Tribute in the Style of the Max’s Kansas City recording” for my most hoped-for tribute band. Honorable mention to a mythical “Lou Reed Live in Italy Tribute”.
And “Lou Reed Rock and Roll Animal” for my least hoped-for tribute band. Seriously, Steve Hunter and Dick Wagner play some awesome guitar, and the intro is cool as hell, but as soon as Lou is the focus…yuck.
