in 1979, Dwight Twilley put out a record that I thought was going to change civilization as we knew it, called Twilley, on Arista. It cut the perfect path of jangly pop that I associated with Tom Petty at the time. I'm sorry I didn't keep up with his music, but your posting makes me want to check him out again.
Great news indeed. I missed out on his last couple of releases but judging from my first listen to the new tunes on his website, this one is just awesome.
