...someone mentioned this one yesterday, and of course we aim to please.
So please enjoy -- from the otherwise forgettable early 90s alt-rock Xmas album A Lump of Coal -- The Odds and a wonderfully Crazy Horse-ish take on "We Three Kings."
I'm a sucker for that guitar sound in particular, but this one's just very cool across the board.

Tres sweet!
(But then I've always been a bit of a sucker for Xmas music).
I have never enjoyed attempts to "rock up" Christmas carols, not the Beach Boys, not Bruce, not anything.
Until this. This is really good.
Wow this is a great Blog! I'm just beginning to see how much power pop info is out there and I'm a bit staggered, but at least now I have something to read!
I would have never believed doing "We Three Kings" straight up with a Crazy Horseish backing track would be anything but a joke.
This is great. Seriously.
Long-time follower, Steve, since before NO MORE, NO LESS. The Odds are and were one absolutely fine group that had it all: great songwriting, smart arrangements, talented musicians, and quite down to earth.

This kicks some SERIOUS ass, Steve. Thanks!
