Songs I'd Forgotten Existed, Let Alone Loved (An Occasional Series): Special "An Early Clue to the New Direction" Edition

From 2000, please enjoy fabulous Irish family band (yeah, yeah, I know I should have posted this on Tuesday in honor of St. Paddy's Day) The Corrs and their melodically insinuating and drop dead sexy hit "Breathless."

Man, watching that, all I can say is -- oh, to be 50 again. 😎

In any event, a coveted PowerPop No-Prize© will be awarded to the first reader who discerns its relevance to the theme of tomorrow's Weekend Essay Question.

Songs by family bands? Songs by reunited bands?

songs by family bands is a great idea and I'm gonna steal it down the road. But it isn't this weeks EQ. 😎

Pretty, talented Irish women performing a nice tune- what's not to like? Overly-slick production with, blech, autotune- that's what.

Songs for soccer moms spending the bulk of their days in the minivan?

Admit it what I’m saying is true.

They should call it "Breastless" because without them they have no act. I saw the Corrs a good 30 years ago, which means if they were in their 20s then they''re in their 50s now. That's alotta work.

Don't know what kind of sites you visit but to my surprise Claude tells me there are "get hard" music vids 🙀
