Gosh Darn It, It's an Unusually Early Clue to the New Direction!!!

From 1970, here's the great and tragic Badfinger with (IMHO) their most beautiful song, "We're For the Dark."

The Loud Family cover is indeed awesome - actually a lot of the covers on the badfinger tribute album are surprisingly great - Aimee Mann's "Baby Blue" and Cockeyed Ghost's "Name of the Game" both spring to mind ...
