Splendid singer/songwriter/guitarist and dear old chum from the Floor Models Greenwich Village days Peter Spencer...
...explains it all to you.
By which I mean, of course, he shows you how to play the cool riff and chimey guitar licks that Richard Lloyd does on Television's "See No Evil."
I'm not worthy, I'm not worthy.
However, I plan to be sitting in front of the computer learning how to do this myself for a good part of next week.
Woo hoo!!!

It's more like a simplified version of what Lloyd is playing. It sounds good, though.
Hey -- when he got to the three note figure that plays under the "I see...I see no..." part of the song the hair on the back of my neck stood up.
Can't wait to try this at home....
Really cool. Looks like it's in A.
I'm going to have to try it out.
Here's a clip of Television performing the song in 2005. It corroborate's Peter's tutorial.
You just get glimpses, but it looks like he's right on the money. Richard Lloyd nails the solo BTW.

That live clip is awesome. Thanks.
Not to set any cats among pigeons or anything, but I do believe Peter Spencer (and a few others) play an incorrect note in the riff.
At the very beginning of the riff, Peter et al plays these two-note chords:
1. D string open, G string open
2. D string second fret, G string second fret
3. G string open, B string open
The second chord is wrong. It's actually this:
2. D string *third* fret, G string second fret.
The video that buzzbabyjesus provided shows Richard Lloyd playing the riff, and his fingering of the second chord at 0:52 tends to confirm it:

And the correct sheet music is here:
